  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During busy seasons or large sales, processing may take additional days.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Approximate delivery times:

These estimates do not include customs delays.

5. Packaging

We take great care to protect collectible items.

  • All products are wrapped securely with bubble wrap, paper padding, or air cushions.

  • Fragile items are double-boxed when necessary.

  • Pre-owned items may include reused packaging materials to reduce waste.


6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes in their country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as “delivered”, Japan Adventure is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service.


9. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an item is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and item immediately
